Nutrition Profile

  • The first step in the process is determining the right nutrition plan that will help you reach your goals.  I offer a flexible nutrition plan that is customized based on your goals whether that means counting calories or macronutrients. Your plan will support maintaining lean body muscle while losing body fat weight or minimize body fat gain while building muscle.  While all diets work, I help develop the best plan for you. You are a unique individual with different lifestyle factors. 
  • As part of my coaching services, my goal is to help you break out of yo-yo dieting by helping you build your nutritional knowledge during our coaching time together. I do not believe you should have to track your foods for the rest of your life and that begins with nutritional knowledge.

Mindset and Lifestyle Changes

  • While you might have fitness and physique goals they all begin with creating the right mindset through goal setting and habit building.  Once a new habit is formed, old ones start to slip away and maintaining the new body you worked so hard for gets easier.
  • The good habits you create today are the ones that allow you to be the best version of YOU tomorrow.

Fitness

  • Nutrition is the mechanism that determines weight loss or weight gain. Fitness is important for overall health and it is the determining factor in how your body will look when you have lost the weight. I can recommend a workout program or help customize a program that focuses on your specific goals.

Accountability

  • Accountability can be the key for you to see success.  When you are doing it alone you may find you allow yourself to make excuses for going off plan.  Clients check in weekly to allow me to provide them feedback on their progress and make any adjustments that will be needed the next week.  Clients can reach out to me any time when and if you have any questions or concerns, about anything!
