Flexible Dieting 101 is a group session that teaches people the basics of flexible dieting, also known as “If It Fits Your Macros.” Many people have experienced great results with eating foods they enjoy and meeting their weight loss or muscle building goals. This lifestyle allows you to lose weight and not feel like you are on a diet.

- How to track your food and using MyFitnessPal
- Where to find resources for macronutrient information
- Macronutrients in common foods
